Join our fortnightly Walk & Talk Wellbeing Group designed to support your mental health in a relaxed, natural setting.
Starting Saturday 25th April at 11am, these gentle group walks will take place every other Saturday at Southwood Country Park, Farnborough.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or just need some time to clear your mind, this is a safe, supportive space to walk, talk (as much or as little as you like), and connect with others.
Gentle, guided walks (approx. 45–60 minutes)
